ABOUT
ISC TÜRKİYE 2024
International Conference on Information Security and Cryptology (ISC TURKIYE) is organised by the Information Security Association of Turkiye under the auspices of the Presidential Digital Transformation Office in cooperation with Gazi University, Istanbul Technical University, Middle East Technical University, TOBB University of Economics and Technology . It is also supported by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Presidency of Defense Industries and Presidency of Digital Transformation Office; 17th International Conference on Information Security and Cryptology, it is the most important event in this field in our country, where scientific and sectoral studies in these fields have been shared since 2007, university-public-industry cooperation has been developed, the public is informed and trained, and information exchange is provided between scientists, researchers and sector representatives. The main objectives of this conference are to help the individuals understand and contribute the concepts of information security and cryptology, which are important for every country, to contribute to the increase of scientific knowledge in this field in Turkiye and to increase the cooperation between institutions and the sectors.
The main theme of the International Information Security and Cryptology Conference this year has been determined as ' CYBER RESILANCE AND SOVEREIGNTY'. During the conference; In addition to panels, trainings and special topics where invited speakers will express their views, it is expected that the papers to be presented by distinguished researchers will contribute greatly to making the conference more productive and beneficial and it is expected that the targeted outputs will be achieved. Papers that will be submitted to the conference organizing committee by academics and practitioners for the publication, which is recognized by IEEE, in which international academic oral and written papers will be collected, will be evaluated by seeking the opinions of at least three referees who are experts in their fields. Considering the referee reports, the appropriate papers will be selected for oral or poster presentation and published in the proceedings book. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
Our conference was also supported by the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and was accepted as a part of “Cyber Security Awareness Sovereignty” events. This year, attempts will be made to receive the same support. In this context, ISC TURKIYE 2024 Conference, which we will organize for the 17th time on 16-17 October 2024, will be held by the Republic of Turkey. It will be held in the conference hall of the Presidential Nation Library.
During the conference; in addition to panels, presentations, trainings and speeches by invited speakers, it is expected that the papers to be presented by distinguished researchers will contribute greatly to making the conference more productive and beneficial.

The papers to be submitted to the conference organizing committee by academicians and practitioners will be evaluated by referring to the opinions of at least three referees who are experts in their fields. Taking the referee's reports into consideration, the appropriate papers will be selected for oral presentation or poster presentation and will be published in the proceedings book.
