About ISC Türkiye 2025

The International Information Security and Cryptology Conference (ISC TURKEY), organized by the Information Security Association with the cooperation of Gazi University, Istanbul Technical University, Middle East Technical University, TOBB University of Economics and Technology and Ankara University; The International Information Security and Cryptology Conference, supported by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Information Technologies and Communication Authority and Presidency of Defense Industries, has been the most important event in the field where scientific and sectoral studies in these fields are shared, university-public-industry cooperation is developed, the public is informed and educated, and information exchange is provided between all scientists, researchers and sectoral practitioners since 2007. The main objectives of this conference are to help individuals in society internalize information security and cryptology and its sub-concepts, which are important for every country, to contribute to the increase of scientific knowledge in this field in our country, and to increase cooperation between institutions and the sector. The main theme of the International Information Security and Cryptology Conference this year has been determined as ‘Future Approaches in Cyber Security and Cyber Security Regulations. During the conference; In addition to the topics where panels, trainings and invited speakers will express their opinions, it is expected that the papers to be presented by distinguished researchers will make great contributions to making the conference more productive and useful, and especially the targeted outputs will be achieved. The papers to be submitted to the conference organizing committee by academicians and practitioners for publication in the proceedings book of this conference, which will collect international academic oral and written papers and is recognized by IEEE, will be evaluated by consulting the opinions of at least three referees who are experts in their fields. Papers that are found suitable with the referee reports will be selected for oral or poster presentation and will be published in the proceedings book. Papers that comply with IEEE standards and quality will be selected and published in the IEEE Xplore database. Our conference was also supported by the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and was accepted as a part of the "Cyber Security Awareness Month" activities. The 18th ISC Turkey 2025 Conference will be held on October 22-23, 2025 at the Information and Communication Technologies Authority Conference Halls. During the conference, it is expected that panels, presentations, trainings and speeches by invited speakers, as well as papers presented by distinguished researchers, will greatly contribute to making the conference more productive and useful.
